Third-Party Data Sharing Consent

Article 1 (Purpose of Third-Party Sharing)

ShortieSoo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") may provide members' personal information to third parties when necessary to provide its services. In such cases, the Company will only provide information to third parties with the consent of the data subject in accordance with Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, or where specifically required by law.

Article 2 (Items and Purpose of Third-Party Sharing)

1. Recipient: Payment service provider
2. Purpose of sharing: Payment processing, refund processing, and fraudulent transaction detection
3. Items shared: Name, email address, and payment information (excluding card number)
4. Retention and use period: 5 years after transaction completion (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)

Article 3 (Refusal of Third-Party Sharing and Consequences)

1. Members have the right to refuse consent to third-party sharing.
2. However, if you refuse consent, some services, such as paid services and refund processing, may be restricted.

Article 4 (Safeguards for Third-Party Sharing)

1. When providing personal information to a third party, the Company requires the recipient to fulfill their obligations to protect personal information.
2. The Company includes technical and administrative safeguards for the secure handling of personal information in its third-party sharing agreements.
3. The Company records and manages its third-party sharing history and makes such information available for review upon the data subject's request.

Article 5 (Withdrawal of Consent)

1. Members may withdraw their consent to third-party data sharing at any time.
2. You can request withdrawal of consent through the privacy settings menu within the service, or by contacting the Data Protection Officer in writing, by email, by phone, or by other means.
3. Upon withdrawal of consent, third-party sharing of the relevant information will stop immediately, and the Company will request that any information already shared be destroyed by the third party.
