Marketing Communications Consent

ShortieSoo Inc. (hereinafter the "Company") may send marketing information to provide users with a better experience. This consent is optional, and declining it will not restrict your use of our basic services.

2. Discounts, events, and promotions
3. Service updates and new feature introductions
4. Personalized recommendations and learning information

2. SMS / MMS
3. App push notifications
4. KakaoTalk notifications

Article 4 (Personal Data Used and Retention Period)

1. Data used: name, email address, contact number, service usage history
2. Retention and use period: until you withdraw your marketing consent or delete your account
3. However, if retention is required by applicable law, the data will be kept for the required period.

Article 5 (Withdrawal of Consent)

1. You may withdraw your consent to receive marketing information at any time.
2. How to withdraw: notification settings within the service, the unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails, or contacting Customer Support
3. Even after you withdraw consent, we may continue to send information that we are required to provide, such as transaction notices and responses to your inquiries.

Article 6 (Sending Advertising Information at Night)

1. The Company obtains separate consent before sending advertising information at night (9 PM to 8 AM).
2. If you do not consent to receiving marketing information at night, no marketing information will be sent during those hours.
